Giảm số năm đóng BHXH tối thiểu, người tham gia muộn mừng vì có lương hưu

Việc giảm số năm đóng BHXH tối thiểu xuống còn 15 năm đã tạo cơ hội cho nhiều lao động tham gia BHXH muộn có cơ hội tiếp cận với lương hưu.

</p> <p> Chẳng hạn như trường hợp của bà Lê Thị Kiều Nga, nhân viên tạp vụ tại một trường mầm non ở quận 6. Chưa tới 2 tháng nữa, bà đến tuổi nghỉ hưu trong khi mới đóng BHXH được hơn 16 năm. Nếu theo quy định trước đó (đóng tối thiểu 20 năm) thì bà còn thiếu hơn 3 năm; nếu muốn hưởng hưu bà phải tham gia BHXH tự nguyện hoặc xin nhà trường cho bà tiếp tục làm việc và đóng BHXH bắt buộc tới lúc đủ điều kiện hưởng lương hưu. </p> <p>Tuy nhiên, với sự thay đổi của chính sách BHXH thì ngay khi luật có hiệu lực (1-7-2025) bà sẽ được hưởng lương hưu. “Đây là điều tôi mong chờ ngay khi có đề xuất giảm số năm đóng tối thiểu để hưởng lương hưu. Sống độc thân nên việc có lương hưu khiến tôi bớt lo lắng về sau”-bà Nga cho hay.</p> <figure class="VCSortableInPreviewMode" type="Photo" style=""> <div></div><figcaption class="PhotoCMS_Caption"> <p data-placeholder="Nhập chú thích ảnh" class="">Giảm số năm đóng tối thiểu để hưởng lương hưu sẽ giúp người tham gia muộn có cơ hội nhận lương hưu</p> </figcaption></figure> <p>Tương tự, bà Nguyễn Thị Trang Thúy (bảo mẫu tại một trường tiểu học ở quận Phú Nhuận) cũng rất vui vì mình sẽ được hưởng lương hưu ngay khi nghỉ hưu vào giữa năm 2025. </p> <p>Hiện bà Thúy mới tham gia BHXH gần 15 năm. Trước đây, bà còn lo lắng không biết lấy tiền đâu để tham gia BHXH tự nguyện cho những năm còn thiếu nhưngtheo quy định của Luật BHXH mới thì chỉ cần đóng từ đủ 15 năm trở lên và đủ tuổi nghỉ hưu thì sẽ được hưởng lương. Như vậy, chỉ cần làm việc và đóng BHXH bắt buộc đến tuổi nghỉ hưu, tôi sẽ đạt điều kiện về thời gian đóng là 15 năm. “Có thể sau khi nghỉ hưu tôi vẫn sẽ đi làm để có thêm thu nhập nhưng việc có lương hưu sẽ giúp tôi đỡ áp lực đồng thời cũng không tạo gánh nặng cho con cái”-bà nói.</p> <p>Vui không kém là bà Đặng Thị Thủy, nhân viên bếp ăn tập thể của một công ty sản xuất ở quận Bình Thạnh. Bà Thủy làm việc tại bếp ăn của công ty và đóng BHXH được 17 năm, vài tháng nữa, bà đến tuổi nghỉ hưu. Do vậy, khi giảm số năm đóng BHXH tối thiểu còn 15 năm thì bà sẽ có lương hưu ngay khi luật có hiệu lực từ 1-7-2025.</p> <p>Bà Thủy cho biết thu nhập hiện tại của bà khoảng 6 triệu đồng/tháng, đang phải nuôi cháu ngoại mới học lớp 1 nên khá khó khăn. “Tôi từng đắn đo việc rút BHXH một lần nhưng nghĩ lại, tôi chọn lương hưu và rất mừng khi điều kiện hưởng hưu đã được giảm xuống. Sau khi đến tuổi hưu, tôi vẫn muốn làm việc thêm vài năm, như vậy tôi sẽ được nhận 2 đầu lương (tiền lương phụ bếp và lương hưu), cuộc sống của hai bà cháu sẽ ổn hơn”-bà Thủy chia sẻ.</p> <p
