Từ ngày 1-7, người tham gia BHXH tự nguyện được hưởng các chế độ nào?

Theo quy định hiện hành của Luật BHXH năm 2014, người tham gia BHXH tự nguyện được hưởng hai chế độ là hưu trí và tử tuất. Tuy nhiên, từ ngày 1-7, khi Luật BHXH 2024 có hiệu lực từ ngày 1-7, người tham gia BHXH tự nguyện sẽ được tăng thêm một số quyền lợi.

</p> <p>Đối với chế độ hưu trí: Theo quy định của luật mới, thời gian đóng BHXH tối thiểu để được hưởng lương hưu giảm từ 20 năm xuống còn 15 năm. Mức hưởng lương hưu của người tham gia BHXH tự nguyện tương tự như BHXH bắt buộc. </p> <p>Cụ thể, lao động nữ đóng BHXH 15 năm tỉ lệ lương hưu bằng 45% bình quân thu nhập tháng đóng BHXH, nam có 15 năm đóng chỉ hưởng tỉ lệ 40% bình quân thu nhập tháng đóng BHXH. Mức hưởng tối đa 75%. </p> <p>Người hưởng lương hưu cũng được điều chỉnh mức hưởng lương hưu theo quyết định của Chính phủ. Ngoài được nhận lương hưu, người tham gia BHXH tự nguyện còn được cấp thẻ BHYT trọn đời.</p> <figure class="VCSortableInPreviewMode" type="Photo" style=""> <div></div><figcaption class="PhotoCMS_Caption"> <p data-placeholder="Nhập chú thích ảnh" class="">Người tham gia BHXH tự nguyện sẽ được bổ sung một số quyền lợi từ ngày 1-7</p> <p><sider-quick-compose-btn dir="ltr" data-gpts-theme="light" data-ext-text-inserter="no" style="display: contents;"/></figcaption></figure> <p>Hưởng BHXH một lần: Người tham gia BHXH tự nguyện có yêu cầu thì được hưởng BHXH một lần nếu thuộc một trong các trường hợp sau: Đủ tuổi nghỉ hưu nhưng chưa đủ 15 năm đóng BHXH mà không tiếp tục tham gia BHXH (trường hợp người lao động không hưởng BHXH một lần thì có thể lựa chọn hưởng trợ cấp hằng tháng theo quy định); Ra nước ngoài để định cư; Bị mắc một trong những bệnh nguy hiểm theo quy định; Người có mức suy giảm khả năng lao động từ 81% trở lên; người khuyết tật đặc biệt nặng; Người lao động có thời gian đóng BHXH trước ngày Luật BHXH 2024 có hiệu lực thi hành, sau 12 tháng không tiếp tục đóng BHXH mà chưa đủ 20 năm.</p> <p>Được hưởng chế độ thai sản: Đây là một trong những điểm mới đáng chú ý của Luật BHXH 2024. Người tham gia BHXH tự nguyện – bao gồm cả nam và nữ đã đóng BHXH từ đủ 6 tháng trở lên trong 12 tháng trước khi sinh con hoặc nhận con nuôi, họ sẽ được hưởng khoản trợ cấp thai sản. </p> <p>Điều 95 Luật BHXH năm 2024 quy định chi tiết về trợ cấp thai sản.
